Live Culinary Stage at Church & State

Inside Church & State, Utah Bite Festival will feature an exciting live culinary showcase stage where guests can watch chefs perform incredible cooking demonstrations in real time.

Set in front of a large LED screen, the stage becomes a culinary theater where chefs prepare, carve, and present dishes while engaging directly with the audience.

Guests will gather around the stage as chefs showcase their craft through live moments such as:

• carving massive tomahawk steaks and premium barbecue meats

• slicing and presenting freshly prepared dishes for the crowd

• preparing specialty seafood like fresh tuna cuts

• sharing techniques and stories behind their creations

As chefs carve and prepare the dishes, portions will be shared with the audience, creating an energetic environment where guests can watch, learn, and enjoy the results.

Interactive Ice Cream Making Experience 

One of the most fun and interactive moments of the festival will be the live ice cream making showcase.

Guests will have the opportunity to join the chefs on stage and participate in making ice cream live. The chefs will guide audience members through the process of mixing ingredients and creating fresh, handcrafted ice cream right in front of the crowd.

Participants will be able to:

• help mix ingredients and create flavors

• engage directly with the chef during the demonstration

• watch the ice cream being made live on stage

• enjoy their own handcrafted ice cream immediately after it’s made
